净化黄磷尾气制取甲酸、碳酸二甲酯工艺研究

【摘要】 介绍了水洗-碱洗-催化氧化-变温变压吸附组成的黄磷尾气净化工艺,通过净化可以得到质量分数大于98%的一氧化碳气体,且有害杂质(硫化氢、磷化氢等)的质量浓度均小于1 mg/m3。介绍了甲酸和碳酸二甲酯的合成,其中重点介绍了净化黄磷尾气制取甲酸和碳酸二甲酯2个清洁生产工艺。这2个工艺既利用了黄磷尾气,又无三废排放,其一氧化碳的转化率分别为95%和100%,甲酸和碳酸二甲酯的收率分别达到90%和85%,为净化黄磷尾气合成多种一碳化工产品提供了工艺基础。

【Abstract】 The process technology for purifying the yellow phosphorus tail gas was introduced,including water washing-caustic washing-catalytic oxidation-temperature and pressure swing adsorption.After the purification,the mass fraction of CO gas is more than 98%,and the mass concentration of harmful impurities(H2S,PH3) is less than 1 mg/m3.In addition,two syntheses processes of formic acid and dimethyl carbonate were described,especially the clean production process of purifying the yellow phosphorus tail gas to produce formic acid and dimethyl carbonate.By these two technologies,the yellow phosphorus tail gas can be used without wastes.CO conversion is 95% and 100% and the yield of formic acid and dimethyl carbonate is 90% and 85% respectively.These technologies provide the basis for purifying the yellow phosphorus tail gas to produce C1 chemistry products.
