新型加压生物反应器内平均气含率的实验研究
Experimental study on average gas holdup in new pressurized bioreactor
【摘要】 气含率的高低直接影响到生物反应器内的液体循环和传质性能。文章对内径0.3 m、高1.0 m的新型加压生物反应器内的平均气含率进行了较为系统实验的研究,主要研究了表面张力、粘度、曝气通量和操作压力对气含率的影响。研究发现:在实验范围内,生物反应器内的气含率随曝气通量、操作压力的增大而增大,随表面张力、粘度的增大而减小。并根据质量守恒定理和气泡聚并的能量理论对以上结论做出了定性的解释,另外对实验数据进行了回归分析得到气含率的实验关联式,平均相对偏差为6.3%,最大偏差为20.8%。
【Abstract】 Gas holdup affects the circular flow and mass transfer in bioreactor.Gas holdup was measured in a new pressurized bioreactor with 0.3 m in diameter and 1.0 m in height.The effects of surface tension,viscosity,jet flux and operating pressure on gas holdup were investigated.It shows that gas holdup increases with the increase of jet flux and pressure,and decreases with the increase of surface tension and viscosity.A qualitative explanation based on law of conservation of mass and energy theory of breaking and aggregating of bubble was made.An empirical correlation was presented on the base of experimental data,with average deviation of 6.3% and the maximum deviation of 20.8%.
