煤等离子热解制乙炔工艺工程应用研究

【摘要】 煤等离子热解制乙炔工艺工程应用研究是该工艺产业化的重要方面。确定乙炔生产过程的评价指标,并应用德尔菲法建立煤等离子热解制乙炔工艺实施环境综合评价模型。选取在某燃煤电厂实施煤在等离子反应器中热解制乙炔方案、独立的煤在等离子反应器中热解制乙炔方案、利用煤→电石→乙炔方案这3个方案进行技术经济比较,综合评价向量为{0.447,0.403,0.150}。因此,燃煤电厂是实现煤在等离子反应器中热解制乙炔工艺的理想场所。

【Abstract】 The research on engineering application of producing acetylene through coal pyrolysis in plasma reactor is important for its industrialization.The characters of producing acetylene through coal pyrolysis in plasma reactor were analyzed,and the comprehensive evaluating model of producing acetylene technology by using Delphi method was established.By the comparison of three projects,acetylene production through coal pyrolysis in plasma reactor in power plant,independent acetylene production through coal pyrolysis in plasma reactor and acetylene production by calcium carbide,comprehensive evaluation vectors are {0.447,0.403,0.150}.The conclusion is that the coal-fired power plant is the best site of producing acetylene through coal pyrolysis in plasma reactor.
