甲醇、碳酸二甲酯、草酸二甲酯二元体系汽液平衡测定与关联
Measurement and correlation of vapor-liquid equilibrium of methanol, dimethyl carbonate and dimethyl oxalate
【摘要】 采用液上气相色谱法测定了一氧化碳低压气相催化合成碳酸二甲酯过程中3组二元物系甲醇-碳酸二甲酯、甲醇-草酸二甲酯、碳酸二甲酯-草酸二甲酯的等温汽液平衡数据。选用W ilson、NRTL、UNIQUAC活度系数方程进行了关联,利用关联出的模型参数计算相应的汽相组成,并与实验值比较,二者符合较好。
【Abstract】 Vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data of methanol-dimethyl carbonate,methanol-dimethyl oxalate and dimethyl carbonate-dimethyl oxalate in dimethyl carbonate synthesis system were determined at different temperatures by headspace gas chromatography.Three activity coefficient models,Wilson,NRTL,UNIQUAC,were used to correlate the VLE data of these binary systems to obtain the binary parameters.With these parameters,vapor compositions were calculated and compared with these corresponding experimental data.The results are in good agreement.
