超临界流体萃取脱除人参中痕量有机氯农药

【摘要】 利用在线固相吸附柱收集,淋洗剂洗脱超临界流体萃取出的真实人参样品中的有机氯农残实验,确定最佳的吸附柱和淋洗剂。通过实验确定利用C18作吸附剂,用正己烷洗脱可取得最优效果。此外,还对直接冷凝收集法、索氏提取法与固相吸附柱收集法进行了对比。

【Abstract】 Trace level organochlorine pesticides were withdrawn from the real ginseng sample by supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),trapped by a commercial solid phase extraction cartridge and eluted by certain eluting solvent in lab-scale aiming at circulating the supercritical carbon dioxide for pilot scale experiment.The study was designed to determine which combination of trap adsorbent and eluting solvent provided the most efficient automated method of collection.The results show that the best efficiency is achieved by collection with C18 and elution with n-hexane.Comparison was also made between the cryogenic trap and off-line SPE column trap in supercritical fluid extraction as well as supercritical fluid extraction and traditional Soxhlet extraction.
