【摘要】 机械传动性能实验台是一种用于各类机械装置传动系统性能测试的实验设备,传统的实验台基于二次仪表测试技术存在不足。为改善测试的功能,基于LabVIEW软件平台和NI公司的相应硬件,构建了一种基于虚拟仪器的自动测试系统和测试方法,用来测试减速器在不同工况下的传动效率及振动、噪声等,实测证明构建的系统正确、使用的技术方法可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bench for the test of machine transmission capability is a sort of experimental facility which is used for the test of all kinds of mechanism transmission systems,the conventional experimentation device is often based on secondary instrument testing technique and has many disadvantages.To improve the performance,a new technique based on virtual instrument of NI is developed,it can be used to test the driving efficiency,vibration and noise etc.,and confirmed to be efficiency by testing.更多还原
