基于FIFO的旋转机械在线多通道振动数据采集系统设计
Design of Online Multi-Channel Vibration Signal Data Acquisition System Based on FIFO for Rotating Machine
【摘要】 介绍了一个基于FIFO的旋转机械在线多通道振动数据采集系统的设计方案,描述了系统硬件及系统的设计与实现。对数据采集特点进行了分析,用数字滤波算法去除了信号干扰,介绍了判别机组运行状态以及事故追忆的策略,用程序陷阱提高了系统的稳定性,并对采集系统的精度进行了检验。目前该系统已用于某电厂汽轮发电机组振动信号的数据采集,具有工程实用价值。
【Abstract】 An online multi-channel vibration signal data acquisition system based on FIFO for rotating machine is introduced.The selection of hardware,the design and realization of the system are described.The characteristic of data acquisition is analyzed.The digital filter algorithm is used to filter signal interference,and the strategy to judge the running condition and incident review of unit is given.Software trap is to improve the stability of the system,and the accuracy of the system is checked up through signal measure.At present,the system has been successfully running at a power plant for the vibration signal data acquisition.
