【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性晶状体脱位的手术方式。方法对26例外伤性晶状体脱位行晶状体切除联合玻璃体切除,观察疗效及术后的并发症并进行分析。结果术后视力提高22眼(84.62%),视力不变4眼(15.38%),术前的并发症均痊愈。结论晶状体切除联合玻璃体切除是外伤性晶状体脱位的有效治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the surgical operation methods of traumatic complete dislocation of lens.Mothods 26 patients with traumatic complete lens dislocation received phacectomy and vitrectomy.To observe and analyze the effection and the complication of post-operation. Results Compared with preoperative visual acuity,22 eye improved(84.62%),4 eyes unchanged(15.38%).The complications present preoperatively were cured.Conclusion Phacetamy and vitrectomy are the most efficient treatments for patients with traumatic complete dislocation lens.更多还原
