【摘要】 目的探讨C-erbB2及P16基因蛋白测定在胃癌及其它胃癌诊断中的价值。方法采用免疫组比法分别对胃癌、胃不典型增生、胃溃疡及正常胃组织切片上C-erbB2及P16基因蛋白表达产物进行分析。结果C-erbB2在胃癌及胃中,重度不典型增生中的阳性表达率及过度表达率均明显高于对照组及胃溃疡组,P16基因表达在胃癌及胃中,重试不典型增生时明显低于对照组及胃溃疡组。结论C-erbB2基因的高表达及P16基因的低表达是胃癌发生的分子生物学基础;通过检测两种基因的表达水平对于临床诊断及预予判断有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the value of C-erbB₂ and P16 agent determining the diagnosis of carcinoma of stomach.Methods By means of immune grouped comparison,analysis has been carried out on C-erbB₂ and P16 manifestation products of carcinoma of stomach,non-typical gastric hyperplasia,gastric ulcer and normal gastric tissue slices.Results The positive incidence of C-erbB₂ of carcinoma of stomach,stomach and severe non-typical hyperplasia is obviously higher than that of the control group and gastric ulcer group.The P16 agent manifestation of carcinoma of stomach,stomach and severe non-typical hyperplasia is obviously lower than that of the control group and gastric ulcer group.Conclusion High C-erbB₂ agent manifestation and low P16 agent manifestation are both the base of molecular biochemistry and it attains great significance in testing the manifestation level of these two agents in clinical diagnosis.更多还原
