【摘要】 目的:观察中药前列止痛汤治疗慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的疗效及机理。方法:将60例CPPS患者随机分为前列止痛汤治疗组和塞来昔布对照组各30例,观察治疗前后两组患者慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、中医证候评分的变化。ELISA检测治疗前后EPS中IL-1β、PGE2的值,比较分析其变化趋势及治疗前后的差异。结果:前列止痛汤能显著改善症状,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);明显降低EPS(前列腺液检查)中IL-1β、PGE2的含量,与对照组比较差异无显著性。结论:前列止痛汤是治疗CPPS的有效方剂,其机制可能与调节前列腺组织细胞因子含量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to observe the curative effect and mechanism of Qianlie Zhitong Tang in treating chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods:60 cases of CPPS randomly fell into Qianlie Zhitong Tang group and Celecoxib control group,30 cases each.NIH-CPSI and TCM syndrome evaluation were observed of the both groups before and after treatment;ELISA was used to determine IL-1?,PGE2 in EPS and compare the changing tendency and difference before and after treatment.Results:Qianlie Zhitong Tang could significantly improve the symptoms,whose curative effect was superior to that of control group(P<0.01);it could reduce IL-1?,PGE2 contents in EPS and there was no significant difference compared to control group.Conclusion:Qianlie Zhitong Tang is an effective prescription in treating CPPS,whose mechanism may be related to regulating the content of prostatic histiocytic factors.更多还原
