【Abstract】 The municipal public utility reform is an inescapable matter and many cities and towns have carried it out through exploring practice.Using these reform experiences of these cities and towns for reference and closely combining the particular features of municipal public utility reform,this article probes into questions such as how to choose cooperation partners,cooperation modes and cooperation terms as well as the transfer of government functions.更多还原
