【Abstract】 To organize the vocational school core teachers training in Hebei province is an active and effective countermeasure to improve teachers’ educational and teaching quality,and to optimize the training organization and implementation is a process of instructional design.Some strategic suggestions were put forward with the guidance of instructional design ideas and methods in the aspects of training aim,training content,training ways,and training effects evaluation and strengthening for the future training work,based on the investigation,summing up and thoughts of the first two training practices of core teachers in Hebei province.更多还原
