高校计算机房空气、键盘和鼠标细菌总数的动态调查
The dynamic investigation on total amount of bacteria contaminating air,keyboard and the mouse in the university calculation engine room
【摘要】 目的研究高校计算机房空气、键盘和鼠标细菌污染状况。方法采用自然沉降法和棉拭子法对不同时间机房里空气、键盘和鼠标表面细菌总数进行测定。结果空气中细菌总数上机前、中、后分别为(2 681±1 544)cfu/m3、(4 438±3 856)cfu/m3、(3 274±1 730)cfu/m3,上机中细菌总数显著高于上机前、后(P<0.05);键盘表面细菌总数上机前、中分别为(36±12)cfu/cm2、(51±13)cfu/cm2,后者显著高于前者(P<0.01);鼠标表面细菌总数上机前、中分别为(48±8)cfu/cm2、(108±51)cfu/cm2,后者显著高于前者(P<0.01)。结论高校机房空气、键盘和鼠标细菌污染上机时较上机前、后严重,有关部门应当加强校内机房的消毒工作。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the hygienic condition of engine room in the university and to offer scientific basis for computer administration.Methods The contamination caused by microorganisms in air and on the surface of the computer mouse and keyboards in different time(8:30,18:00 and 22:00) in the university engine room was detected.Results Total numbers of bacteria in the air were 2681±1544 cfu/m~3 at 8:30AM(before computers started to work),4438 ±3856 cfu/m~3 at 6PM(during computers working) and 3274±1730 cfu/ m~3 at 10PM(after computers finished working) respectively.The contamination in the air was severer at 6PM than that at 8:30AM or 10PM(P<0.05).Total numbers of bacteria on the surface keyboard or mouse were 36±12 cfu/ m~3 and 48±8 cfu/ m~3 at 8:30AM(before computers started to work),51±13 cfu/m~3 and 108±51 cfu/m~3 at 6PM(during computers working) respectively.The contamination on the surface keyboard or mouse was severer at 6PM than that at 8:30AM(P<0.01).Conclusion The number of microorganism in air and on the surface of the computer mouse and keyboards was apparently higher when students were using the computers than that before the engine room opened or after it was closed.More attention should be paid to sterilization in the university calculation engine room in order to eliminate bacteria contamination as much as possible.
