【摘要】 目的评价加味逍遥散配合利维爱治疗围绝经期功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将114例患者随机分为三组:治疗组45例服用加味逍遥散煎剂200 mL,2次/天,加利维爱2.5 mg,1次/天;对照1组30例服用加味逍遥散煎剂200 mL,2次/天;对照2组39例服用莫沙比利(加斯清)5 mg,3次/天。疗程均为4周。疗程结束后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组治疗4周后总有效率为93.3%,对照1组为73.3%,对照2组为71.8%。三组比较,治疗组与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照1组和对照2组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味逍遥散配合利维爱治疗围绝经期功能性消化不良疗效较单用加味道遥散及单用西药莫沙比利为优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of modified Xiaoyao powder(MXYP) combined with livial on menopausal patients with functional dyspepsia(MPFD).Methods: One hundred and fourteen MPFD patients were divided into 3 groups randomly: Treatment group(45 cases) given decoction MXYP 200 ml bid plus l tablet of livial qd;control group 1(30 cases) only given decoction MXYP 200ml bid while control group 2(39 cases) given 1 tablet of mosapride tid.The course of treatment in each group was 4 weeks.Changes of symptoms and therapeutic effect were observed and analyzed.Results: Effective rate after a course treatment was as follows: 93.3% in the treatment group,73.3% in the control group(1,71.8)% in the control group 2.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the two control groups(P<(0.01));while there was no significant difference between the two control groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of MXYP combined with livial on MPFD is better than that of MXYP or mosapride.更多还原
