GCr15轴承钢在脉冲电场作用下的球化退火新工艺
New technology of spheroidizing annealing Gcr15 Steel under the effect of impulse electric field
【摘要】 研究了GCr15轴承钢在脉冲电场作用下球化退火的新工艺。试验结果表明:GCr15轴承钢在脉冲电场作用下球化退火的工艺可以相对简化,在保证得到良好球状珠光体组织和性能的同时,可以降低加热温度,又可缩短了保温时间,是一种高效、低能、绿色环保的热处理新工艺。
【Abstract】 New technology of spheroidizing annealing of bearing steel of Gcr15 under the effect of impulse electric field was studied.The results show that the calefaction temperature may be cut down and heat preservation time may be shortened of ensuring obtaining well spheroidal pearlitic organization.
