钠离子掺杂制备α-Fe2O3纳米棒
Preparation of nanometer club of α-Fe2O3 by Na+ doped
【摘要】 用NaOH和Fe(NO3)3.9H2O共沉淀法制备了半导体纳米材料α-Fe2O3的前驱体。分别在350℃、550℃、700℃焙烧得到α-Fe2O3。通过XRD、TEM等手段对材料进行了表征。由于少量钠离子的存在制得的α-Fe2O3呈棒状,用该方法所制得的α-Fe2O3纳米棒在光催化降解活性染料时具有良好的光催化活性[1]。
【Abstract】 The precursor of Fe2O3 was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method with NaOH and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O.The Fe2O3 was respectively calcined at 350℃,550℃,700℃.Its microstructive and morphology were analyzed by XRD and TEM.The Fe2O3 which was doped by Na ion showed very high photocatalytic activity[1].
