抗老年性痴呆症药物盐酸他克林的合成工艺研究
Studies on Synthesis Technology of Medichine for Resistance Oldage Dementia Disease
【摘要】 用临氨基苯甲酸和环己酮为起始原料,通过环合、取代等步骤,合成盐酸他克林(化学名1,2,3,4-四氢-9-氨基吖啶盐酸盐)。经重复试验,小试工艺稳定,操作简单,反应条件温和,总收率为32%。
【Abstract】 Starting from o-aminobenzoic acid and cyclohexanone,hydrochloride tertraline was synthesized(1,2,3,4-tetrahydrogen-9-aminoacridine hydrochloride).Duplicate tests proved the technology stable,the operation simple and the condition mild,with an overall gield of 32%.
