干旱梯度下刺槐无性系生理指标的变化与品种抗旱性关系的研究
Relationship between Physiology Indexes of Robinia Pseudoacacia Clones and Drought Resistance
【摘要】 对干旱梯度下刺槐叶片部分物质和能量代谢指标的研究结果表明:干旱梯度下,土壤含水量越大,叶片中可溶性蛋白含量越少;细胞膜受到干旱破坏细胞质外渗,相对电导率增大;丙二醛含量随土壤含水量增多而减少,并且品种抗旱性越强,减少的程度越大。这些指标可用于刺槐不同品种抗旱性的评定。在10个刺槐无性系品种之间进行比较分析,结果表明,NC、3-I和x7的抗旱性较强,2号和x5的抗旱性能最弱。
【Abstract】 Some indices concerning the metabolism of substance and energy in Robinia Pseudoacacia leaves under drought gradient were studied.Soluble protein contents reduced obviously with soil moisture contents’ increasing.Relative electric conductivity increased because of the relative leakage.Malondiadehyde contents decreased with the soil moisture contents’ increasing.The stronger the drought resistance of variety is,the higher the decreasing rate is.These indices can be used to evaluate the drought resistance of different Robinia Pseudoacacia varieties.The experiment results shows: NC,3-I and x7 are stronger than the others in drought resistance.Number2 and x5 are the weakest.
