硫对小麦籽粒蛋白质和淀粉含量的影响
Effects of Sulphur on Grain Protein Content and Starch Content in Wheat
【摘要】 以3个不同品质类型春小麦为材料,在不同氮水平下,研究施硫对小麦籽粒蛋白质含量和淀粉含量的调节效应。结果表明,硫对籽粒蛋白质含量和淀粉含量的影响与氮施用水平有关,在高氮水平下(N128)施硫可以增加籽粒蛋白质含量,尤其是更有利于高蛋白品种籽粒蛋白质含量的提高,在高氮水平下施硫也有利于降低直链淀粉与支链淀粉的比例,改善淀粉组分。
【Abstract】 The effects of sulphur on grain protein content,starch content and were investigated on three cultivars with different qualities under the different amounts of nitrogen conditions.The results showed that sulphur influenced grain protein content and starch content under the condition of nitrogen amount of 60kg/hm2 and 128 kg/hm2 urea.On high nitrogen level(N128),sulphur applications tended to increase grain protein content,especially to the cultivars with high grain protein.The ratio between the amylose and amylopectin was reduced by sulphur.The result indicated that sulphur application could improve the quality of grain starch compositions.
