【摘要】 总结了新型除草剂H-9201的研究开发历程.通过系统的QSAR研究及人工神经网络分析,设计合成了新型除草剂H-9201.研究了硫代磷酰胺酯类化合物的合成方法、除草活性、结构与活性关系、对作物的安全性、使用方法、应用范围、多年的田间试验、毒性及环境评价以及合成工艺、分析方法、三废处理等.与有关厂家合作,完成了产业化中试研究,并取得了临时登记证.更多还原

【Abstract】 It was a summarizer of research and development on a novel herbicide H-9201 which dsigned by means of quantitative structure-activity study and artificial neural network analysis for O-aryl-O-alkyl-N-alkylphosphoramidothioates and their herbicidal activity on the barnyard grass(Echinochloa cruss-galli L.Beauv).It was reported the synthesized method,the safety for crops,the field efficacy evaluation,the toxicity estimated data,the environment evaluating data,the manufacture technics,the analyzed method as well as the disposal of trash,etc..H-9201 has been registered temporarily.更多还原
