【Abstract】 Saccharomyces cerevisiae was a desired expression system for eukaryotic protein.Cytochrome P450nor gene was subcloned into the shuttle vector pAUR123 to yield the recombinant plasmid pAUR-P450nor2.The recombinant plasmid pAUR-P450nor2 was transformed into S.cerevisiae AH22 and got positive clone after the screening with Aureobasidin A and colony PCR.The SDS-PAGE showed that the expression product was recombinant cytochrome P450nor2 and got a high level.更多还原
