氯霉素与牛血清蛋白质结合反应热力学特征研究
Study on the characteristics of the binding reaction of chloramphenicol to bovine serum albumin
【摘要】 用荧光光谱和紫外可见吸收光谱法研究了氯霉素与牛血清白蛋白结合反应的光谱特征,试验证实氯霉素对BSA有较强的荧光猝灭作用,按照S tern-V o lm er方程和L inew eaver-Burk双倒数方程分析和处理试验数据,得到反应的结合常量和结合过程的热力学参数等,探讨了猝灭作用的性质和结合反应的机理.
【Abstract】 Binding reaction of chloramphenicol(CHL) to bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy.It was shown that this compound has a powerful ability to quench the BSA fluorescence.The fluorescence quenching data was analyzed according to Stern-Volmer equation double-reciprocal equation,and the binding constant,and the thermodynamic parameters etc.was obtained.The charateristic of fluorescence quenching and the mechanism of binding reaction were both discussed.
