N-[(2-羧基-1,3,4-噻二唑)-5-基]-N′-芳酰基硫脲的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of N-[(2-(carboxyl-1,3,4-thiodiazol)-5-yl]-N’-aroyl thioureas
【摘要】 通过5-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-羧酸与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成出了10种新的芳酰基硫脲,产率为50.6%~70.3%.它们的结构用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析进行了表征,初步的生物活性测试表明部分目标化合物有良好的植物生长调节活性.
【Abstract】 Ten novel aroyl thioureas have been synthesized by the reaction of 5-amino-1,3,4-thiodiazole-2-carboxylic acid with aroyl isothiocyanates,and yields of title compounds are 50.6%~70.3%.Their structure were characterized by IR,()~1H NMR and elemental analysis.Preliminary biological activity tests exhibit that some target compounds have good activity as plant growth regulator.
