The Structure of H5N1 and Its Pathogenic Mechanism
【摘要】 以禽流感病毒H5N1的两种基质蛋白HA、NA的结构为基础,分析了H5N1的基因结构,探索其毒力基础和致病的分子机制.
【Abstract】 Based on the structure of two matrix protein HA and NA of the bird flu virus H5N1,we analysed H5N1’s genic structure and studied the virulence fundament of H5N1 as well as its pathogenic molecular mechanism.
