水杨酸对豇豆枯萎菌的抑制作用
The Effects of Salicylic Acid on Yardlong Bean Fusarium Wilt Fungus
【摘要】 观察了不同浓度的水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)对豇豆枯萎病病菌的孢子萌发、菌丝生长、感病品种挑战接种后幼苗发病率、-β1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶酶活性变化的影响。结果表明:大于2.0 mmol/L的SA溶液都能显著地抑制豇豆枯萎病病菌孢子的萌发;在1.0~10.0 mmol/L范围内,SA浓度越大对菌丝的抑制作用越强;在不影响豇豆感病品种幼苗正常生长的情况下,以5.0 mmol/L的SA最为有效,幼苗发病率仅为23.2%;感病品种经SA处理后引起了-β1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶活性的升高,挑战接种后的酶活性变化比未经SA处理的上升早且快。
【Abstract】 Salicylic acid(SA) at different concentration was tested on conidial germination and mycelial growth of yardlongbean fusarium wilt fungus,disease rate,chitinase and β-1,3-glucosanase activity of seedling after challenge inoculation in the experiment.The results indicated:that SA at the concentration of above 2.0 mmol/L had inhibition to the conidial germination.At 1.0~10.0 mmol/L SA had inhibition to the mycelial growth.Without any harm to the seedling,treatment with SA at 0.5 mmol/L was most effective and reduced the infection rate by 63.2%.SA enhanced the activity of the two enzymes in the susceptible cultivar,compared to the plants without SA treatment.In the plants with prior SA treatment,β-1,3-glucosanase and chitinase were activated significantly earlier when the host plants were further challenged by the pathogen.
