高效油脂降解菌的筛选及其降解影响因素的初步研究

【摘要】 以豆油作为唯一碳源,经过2个月驯化后筛选获得具有高效油脂降解能力的细菌1株,编号为S16,经鉴定为芽孢杆菌。对影响S16降解能力的几个因素进行了初步研究,结果表明,在初始pH为7.0,初始含油量为400 mg/mL,摇床转速为200 r/min,培养温度30℃条件下,该菌株生长旺盛,发酵72 h后对豆油的降解率可以达到73.5%。

【Abstract】 An effective oil-decomposing bacterial strain S16was obtained by screening after two months’ domesticating,using bean oil as the sole carbon source,and strain identification proved that strain S16 belonged to Baccillus subtilis.The factors affecting the degradation were studied.The results showed that the strain could quickly grow under the condition that the intial oil concentration was 400 mg/L,the intial pH was 7.0,the agitation was 200 r/min,and temperature was 40 ℃.The degrading rate on bean oil reached 73.5% after fermentation.
