维生素E对黄鳝繁殖性能的影响

【摘要】 采用单因子梯度设计方法,将维生素E设6个添加水平,分别为Ⅰ0 mg/kg、Ⅱ50 mg/kg、Ⅲ125mg/kg、Ⅳ200 mg/kg、Ⅴ275 mg/kg、Ⅵ350 mg/kg,试验期共175 d,以雌鳝性腺系数、产卵力、孵化率以及各组织中SOD活性、MDA含量等指标作为判据,研究了VE对雌鳝繁殖性能的影响。结果表明,随饲料中VE含量的增加,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组雌鳝性腺系数、产卵力和孵化率显著提高,Ⅴ、Ⅵ组则提高不显著,卵中VE的含量反映了饲料中VE的含量。雌鳝卵巢中SOD活性,Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组比Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组显著降低;相应地,MDA含量Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组。Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组雌鳝卵巢中SOD活性较高,但因饲料中抗氧化性的VE缺乏或不足,引发卵子脂质过氧化,MDA含量显著升高,导致卵质低下,从而影响了卵子孵化。以上结果表明,雌鳝饲料中添加维生素E,能有效地改善雌鳝的繁殖性能,其最适添加量为200 mg/kg。

【Abstract】 Cultured trials with one-way grade design were conducted to determine the effects of dietary vitamin E on the reproductive performance of Monopterus albus.Female broodstocks weredivided into six treatments with triplication.Six semi-purified diets containingⅠ 0 mg/kg,Ⅱ 50 mg/kg,Ⅲ 125 mg/kg,Ⅳ 200 mg/kg,Ⅴ 275 mg/kgand Ⅵ 350 mg/kgdietary vitamin E were used.The diets were fed to broodfish reared to satiation once a day for 175 days.The gonadosomatic index(GSI),fecundity and hatchability of eggs were used to evaluate the performance of Monopterus albusfed with different diets.The results showed that theGSI,fecundity,and hatchabilityof groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere significantly increased with the improvement of VEconcentration in diets(P<0.05) and those of groups Ⅴand Ⅵwere increased with no significance(P>0.05).Vitamin E concentrations in eggs reflected dietary vitamin E concentration.The SOD activities in ovaries of groups Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ were significantly lower than those of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ(P<0.05) and MDA contents of groups Ⅳ,ⅤandⅥ were also significantly lower than those of groupsⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ(P<0.05).Though the SOD activities in ovaries of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwerehigh,peroxidation took place because of deficiency in VE.MDA contentsin ovaries of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere high,resulting in very low hatchability.This experiment demonstrated that VEsupplemented in the diet of female broodstock couldimprove the reproductive performanceof Monopterus albus,and indicated that vitamin E optimal supplementation of Monopterus albuswas 200 mg/kg in broodstock diet.
