基于CGSP的大学数字博物馆应用网格
University digital museum grid based on CGSP
【摘要】 为了有效地整合分布在8个城市,12个大学数字博物馆的大量资源,实现各种资源的互连互通与有机共享,消除标本信息“孤岛”现象,大学数字博物馆应用网格(UMDGrid)以CGSP网格中间件为支撑平台,通过网格门户为各种不同类型的用户提供“一站式”标本信息服务.提出了基于CGSP的大学数字博物馆应用网格系统架构,并且给出了本体及其服务的构建方法,以支持各种大学数字博物馆标本信息之间的互操作.同时介绍了网格环境下异构数据库数据访问和集成方法及其中间件UDMGrid-DAI,以及监控UDMGrid系统和资源的工具UDMGMon等.系统测试和实验结果表明了该方法正确实用.
【Abstract】 In order to effectively integrate and share the enormous dispersed resources from 12 university digital museums in 8 cities,eliminate the phenomenon of information resource is isolated in so-called information island,University Digital Museum Grid(UDMGrid) has been developed to provide one-stop information services about kinds of digital specimens by portal,based on ChinaGrid Support Platform(CGSP),which is a generic grid middleware serves well in various grid applications.This paper presents the overall architecture of CGSP-based UDMGrid and a method of constructing ontology and its services,suggested to retrieve information by mapping global concepts to underlying local concepts.UDMGrid-DAI,a middleware,is assisting with access and integration of data from heterogeneous database sources in grid.For the robustness of UDMGrid, UDMGMon is designed and developed to monitor real-time status of UDMGrid′s resources.The experiment result show that the method mentioned above is correct.
