柴油机喷油器中针阀的碰撞与运动轨迹研究
Analysis of impact and motion of the meedle in diesel engine injector
【摘要】 针对柴油机喷油器内的针阀运动速度快,作用时间短,负荷强度高的特点,按针阀实际工作负荷确定加载函数,采用有限元方法,对喷油器多质量运动系统进行非线性动力学分析,研究针阀碰撞的影响因素,模拟针阀系统的运动,计算冲击应力.在190试验柴油机上对多种喷油器的针阀运动、喷射压力进行了试验研究,证实数学模型和模拟方法实用有效,研究结果可用于喷油器的设计和改进.
【Abstract】 The movement of needel with high inensive load in diesel injector is swift.And the impact between the needle and its seat works in short time and brings very large impact stress,which decides the working reliability of components.In this paper,according to the loading function getting from virtual working process and with finite element method,the nonlinear dynamic analyis of multi-mass movement system in injector,the research of influence factors of the impact between the needle and its seat,simulation of movement of needle assemblies and caculation of impact stress are presented.The movement of needles in multiple injectors and fuel injection pressure are tested on the 190 testing diesel,which validates the effectiveness of the mathematic model and the simulation method in practice.And the result can apply to design and improvement of injectors.
