SLS间接法制造金属零件生坯强度研究
Investigation into the strength of metal green parts fabricated by indirect SLS
【摘要】 选择性激光烧结(SLS)间接制造金属零件过程中,生坯强度是一项重要指标.以正交试验为手段,研究了SLS工艺参数(激光功率、扫描速度、扫描间距和切片层厚)对生坯强度的影响.讨论了粉末材料自身物性对于生坯强度的影响.对于一些强度影响因素的作用定性地建立了模型.结果表明,SLS过程中粘结剂降解行为、热熔后粘结剂的流动性、生坯片层内和片层间粉末粘结一体化程度以及粉末材料的热物性和粉末组分的均匀程度与生坯强度直接相关,可以通过选择适宜的粘结剂材料和优化调节SLS工艺参数来提高生坯强度.
【Abstract】 According to orthogonal experiment,the effects of SLS process parameters,including laser power,scan speed,scan spacing and slice thickness,on the strength of metal green parts were investigated.The influences of powder material properties on the strength were also discussed.Some qualitative models were established to explain the effects.The results showed that the strength of metal green parts is connected with binder degradation,fluidity of binder liquid when being heated by laser,powder integration inside and between powder layers,thermal property of powder materials and uniformity of powder composite.The strength of metal green parts would be improved by optimizing the SLS parameters and selecting appropriate binder materials.
