【摘要】 我国竞技体育的体制在计划经济体制下和社会主义市场条件下,为推动竞技体育发展,均显示过极大的体制优势。由于历史的局限,这一体制带来的竞技体育发展距可持续发展的目标有相当大的差距,要适应现代社会对竞技体育发展的要求,在建设与社会主义市场经济相适应的现代竞技体育中,继续发挥体制优势,实现竞技体育可持续发展,必须进行体制创新。面对来自市场的挑战和旧有体制的惯性冲击,必须以科学发展观为指导,在管理体制、训练体制等方面对我国现行的竞技体育体制进行改造。一个政府为导向的、社会和市场积极参与运作的新的竞技体育体制,将使我国的竞技体育步入可持续发展的良性循环。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s system-supportive model has demonstrated its superiority in the promotion of sports in both its central-planning and market-oriented economies. However, the historical limits of the model itself has kept China’s sports way off its sustainable goal of development. System innovation is a must for China to further bring into full play its system-supporting sports to satisfy the needs of modern society for sports. Reforms must be made in the current managing and training systems of athletes. A new sports model directed by the government and involving the operation of social and market elements will sure get China’s sports on the favorable track of sustainable growth.更多还原
