【Abstract】 In our country,the agricultural policy insurance system is absent,which worsens the originally weak function of the insufficiently perfect countryside policy finance system.But the agricultural policy insurance is vital to the rural(economy,) which has two dual functions: to provide agriculture with policy economic compensation,and to advance the inside and outside of the rural economy melt into the market economy.It is the semipublic product property that determines the agricultural policy insurance’s orientation in the rural finance system and its development.更多还原
