【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者抗拒胰岛素治疗的相关原因,采取有效护理措施进行干预。方法采用发放问卷调查的方法,调查有胰岛素治疗适应症的2型糖尿病患者100例对胰岛素治疗的接受程度。结果58例患者不愿意接受胰岛素治疗,主要原因如下:67.2%患者因工作繁忙,70.7%的患者认为注射胰岛素使病情加重,29.3%的患者认为胰岛素治疗会成瘾,39.7%担心注射引起疼痛,17.2%因胰岛素治疗费用贵。结论有胰岛素治疗适应症的2型糖尿病患者大部分抗拒胰岛素治疗,应针对其原因进行健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the related reasons for insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients and seek the further nursing intervening measures.Methods 100 diabetic patients were randomly selected and distributed with questionnaires by the clinic nurses.By this way,the related factors to insulin resistance were determined.Results Of 100 patients,67.2% were too busy to accept the insulin treatment,70.7% took for granted that the disease was more severe when one needed injection of insulin,29.3%were anxious about the long-term use of insulin,39.7% worried about the pain of injection,17.2% worried about the expense.Conclusion Most T2DM patients are resistant against insulin.to those patients,health education should be strengthened.更多还原
