【摘要】 目的通过对湖北省各艾滋病抗体筛查实验室室间质量评价工作,掌握全省各市州县H IV抗体筛查水平,发现存在的问题,以使各级筛查实验室工作逐步规范化,提高检测水平和质量。方法根据《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》中艾滋病实验室质量考评办法,确定我省筛查实验室室间质量评价方案,统计分析各实验室数据,得出实验室检验水平评价。结果参加室间质评的单位数为94家,合格实验室占86.2%,成绩不满意实验室占8.5%,不合格实验室占5.3%。结论大部分筛查实验室检测质量较高,少数几个实验室检测质量存在问题,需要查找原因,加强质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the external quality assessment,to investigate the provincial testing level and find the source of problems in AIDS antibody screening labs and improve the testing level and quality.Methods The external quality assessment scheme was established according to National Guideline for Detection of(HIV/AIDS).The data from the laboratories was analyzed statistically.The testing level of laboratories was evaluated.Results A total of 94 laboratories were subjected in the external quality assessment.81 laboratories(86.2%) were qualified,8 laboratories(8.5%) produced unsatisfactory results,and 5 laboratories(5.3%) were unqualified.Conclusion The majority of screening laboratories meet high quality testing level.Only a few of laboratories failed to meet required qualification and should enhance the quality control.更多还原
