【摘要】 目的观察乳酸杆菌的急性毒性及制剂的安全性,为临床试验提供保障。方法通过急性毒性、阴道粘膜刺激及皮肤过敏试验观察乳酸杆菌的安全性。结果给小鼠一次性灌胃或腹腔注射最大剂量,一周内未见小鼠有任何异常;家兔阴道内置入或豚鼠皮肤涂敷乳酸杆菌未见有刺激或过敏反应。结论乳酸杆菌对机体未见明显毒性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe acute toxicity and safety of lactobacillus.Methods safety of lactobacillus was detected by observing acute toxicity,stimulation to mesovagina and skin hypersenity.Results Abnormality of mouse in a week wasn’t found after most dosage was given once a day by ig or ip,stimulation and hypersenity wasn’t observed after lactobacillus was given to vagina and skin too.Conclusion Lactobacillus wasn’t toxic to body.更多还原
