【摘要】 目的探讨急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(AITP)患儿外周血淋巴细胞凋亡情况及凋亡蛋白Bc l-2和Bax蛋白表达情况。方法采AITP患儿外周血,分离淋巴细胞,用原位细胞凋亡方法检测淋巴细胞凋亡率,用免疫组化法检测淋巴细胞Bc l-2及Bax蛋白表达率。结果AITP患儿治疗前可见少量凋亡淋巴细胞,正常对照组未见明显凋亡细胞,Bc l-2蛋白表达率较正常对照组明显升高,Bax蛋白表达率较正常对照组降低。结论淋巴细胞凋亡异常在AITP发病机制中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate lymphocytes apoptosis,Bcl-2 protein and Bax protein expression in children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purura(AITP).Methods The blood samples were collected in children with AITP before treatment,in situ cell apoptosis(TUNEL method),Bcl-2 protein and Bax protein expression(immunohistochemical method) were detected.Results There are a sprinkle of apoptotic lymphocytes in children with AITP before treatment,while there are few apoptotic lymphocytes in the controls.The rate of Bcl-2 protein expression before treatment is increased,the rate of Bax protein expression is decreased.Conclusion The abnormal lymphocytes apoptosis in children with AITP might play an important role in its pathogenesis.更多还原
