【摘要】 目的探讨角膜上皮下划痕联合羊膜移植治疗大泡性角膜病变的效果。方法不同原因的大泡性角膜病变9例(9眼),以角膜上皮下划痕联合羊膜移植进行治疗。结果全部患者于术后第2d角膜刺激症状解除,术后3周角膜上皮愈合。结论角膜上皮下划痕联合羊膜移植是一种治疗大泡性角膜病变的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of corneal subepithelial scarification combined with amniotic membrance transplantation in treatment of bullous keratopathy.Methods The corneal subepithelial scarification combined with amniotic membrance transplantation were performed on 9 cases(9 eyes) with kind of cause.Results All patients corneal stimulation were relieved in 2 days after surgery and corneal epithelial healed completely in 3 weeks after surgery.Conclusion The corneal subepithelial scarification combined with amniotic membrance transplantation is an effective method for treatment of bullous keratopathy.更多还原
