【摘要】 目的探讨采用双极电凝进行扁桃体切除术的疗效。方法采用双极电凝对256例慢性扁桃体炎患者进行扁桃体切除,并与采用常规方法切除扁桃体的162例患者在出血量、手术速度、术后愈合时间及反应做比较。结果采用双极电凝切除扁桃体术中平均出血为10m l,剥离法为65m l,手术时间双极电凝切除术为14.7m in,剥离法为24.9m in,且前者术后反应轻、愈合快。结论采用双极电凝切除扁桃体,术中出血少,时间短,术后反应轻,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of using bipolar electrocautery in tonsillectomy.Methods Using bipolar electrocautery did tonsillectomy for 256 cases with chronic tonsillitis,comparing to 162 cases done tonsillectomy by regular dessection-method in the amount of blood loss,length of operative time and reaction of post-operation.Results The average intra-operative blood loss was 10 ml with cautery and 65 ml with dissection method.The average operative time was 14.7 minutes with cautery and 24.9 minutes for dissection.We found higher amounts of blood loss and intra-operative time with dissection method than electrocautery.In comparing diathermy dissection method tonsillectomies,there was marked difference between two,in peri-operative blood loss and operative time.Conclusion Electrocautery technique is a more effective technique in tonsillectomy.It’s worth using.更多还原
