【摘要】 目的探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术的临床效果。方法自2001年3月~2005年6月我们对160例(160眼)慢性泪囊炎患者进行泪囊鼻腔吻合术,术后随访6个月~5年,观察疗效。结果术后随访6个月~5年的160例泪囊鼻腔吻合术中,治愈152例,有效6例,无效2例。2例术后无效者,在鼻内窥镜下进一步处理后治愈。结论泪囊鼻腔吻合成功率高,是目前治疗慢性泪囊炎的最佳手术治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy.Methods 160 cases(160 eyes) diagnosed as chronic dacryocystitis from March 2001 to June 2005 received dacryocystorhinostomy.The follow up time was 6 months ~ 5 years.Results In the 160 cases,152 cases were cured and improved in 6 cases and 2 cases failed.2 cases which failed were cured under nasal endoscope.Conclusion For the time being the success rate of traditional dacryocystorhinostomy is higher significantly than other operating patterns.更多还原
