【摘要】 目的探讨跟骨钛板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法对31例(36足)行切开复位、跟骨钛板螺钉内固定治疗,20例植骨。结果随访时间7~35个月,参照M aryland足部评分系统评定,优21足,良14足,可1足。结论跟骨外侧入路切开复位跟骨钛板螺钉内固定是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of intra-articular calcaneal fracture treated with titanium plate internal fixation.Methods 31 cases of(36 feet) calaneal fracture were performed open reduction,titanium plate internal fixation,20 cases bone graft.Results All cases were followed up for 7~35months.According to Maryland food score,the results were excellent in 21 cases,good in 14 case and fair in 1 case.Conclusion Open reduction titanium plate internal fixation is an effective method for treatment of calcaneal fracture.更多还原
