【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌放射性治疗(简称放疗)后放射性溃疡的治疗方法。方法自2000年以来我们应用了皮肤软组织扩张、局部皮瓣转移、局部延迟皮瓣转移以及腹直肌肌皮瓣转移等方法修复乳腺癌放射治疗后放射性溃疡12例。结果1例患者因创口感染而皮瓣部分坏死,其余皮瓣成活良好,取得了良好的效果。结论乳腺癌放疗后引起的溃疡在作了清除坏死组织的扩创术后,同时应用血运良好的皮瓣修复可以治愈放射性溃疡创面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search and explore the treatmant of radioactive ulcer after radiothorapy for breast cancer.Methods Since 2000 years,we applied skin tissue of dilatation with dilator,TRAM flap,the local expanded flap or the delayed skin flap,or flap of rectus abdominis to repair the ulcer wounds due to radiotherapy of breast carcinoma in 12 cases.Results All the flap had survived successfully and got satisfactory results but one case sustained partial necrosis due to infections.Conclusion For ulces after radiotherapy of breast careinoma,applied removal necrosis tissue and made epluchage at same time,perform flap repair can cure the radioactive ulcer wound,but this flap must be devascular good conditions.更多还原
