【摘要】 目的探讨羟基磷灰石眼座植入后暴露的原因及处理。方法眶内植入羟基磷灰石眼座共36例,用自体或异体包裹眼座后眶内植入22例,用带线眼座植入眼眶14例,随访2个月~1年。结果36例中共有6例羟基磷灰石眼座暴露,经处理均获得较好的效果。结论羟基磷灰石眼座眶内植入后眼座暴露的原因是多方面的,经过处理,可以预防和控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate causes and management of the exposure associated with hydroxyapatite orbital implantation. Methods A total of 36 cases receiving the hydroxyapatite orbital implants were observed and follow-up from 2 months to 1 year .22 cases were wrapped in homologous sclera and autologous sclera. 14 cases were unwrapped which the hydroxyapatite implant with suture were used. Results Ansong 36 cases there were 6 cases hydroxyapatite intraorbital exposure. The satisfactory results were obtained. Conclusion The cause of the exposure of the hydroxyapatite orbital implantation were not single. The complication were prevented and controlled by appropriate management.更多还原
