【摘要】 目的研究血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)在肝门部胆管癌(HCCA)中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法使用免疫组织化学的方法来观察PDGF-A、PDGF-B在42例HCCA中的表达。结果PDGF-A的表达阳性率为62%,PDGF-B的表达阳性率为52%,与对照组相比差别有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论PDGF在HCCA的发生中起一定作用。进一步的研究有可能为HCCA的诊断和治疗提供新的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) and hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HCCA).Methods The expression of PDGF-A,PDGF-B was measured by immunohistochemistry in paraffin section of 42 patiens with HCCA.Results The expression of PDGF-A and PDGF-B was 62% and 52% of samples.The level of PDGF-A and PDGF-B were significantly different between control group(P<0.01).Conclusion PDGF might paly an important role in HCCA,and the fur thur study might give a new way for diagnosis and treatment of HCCA.更多还原
