激光熔覆生物陶瓷涂层体外生物相容性研究
In Vitro Biocompatibility Tests of a Bioceramic Coating Cladded by Laser
【摘要】 目的研究钛合金表面激光熔覆原位合成的陶瓷涂层是否具有体外生物相容性。方法将激光熔覆原位合成的涂层材料植入小鼠的大腿肌肉内;分别放入骨髓晚期红系祖细胞培养液、成纤维细胞骨的培养液、骨髓细胞与外周血红细胞的混合培养液,观察涂层对小鼠肌肉、骨髓细胞与外周血红细胞及成纤维细胞形态是否有显著影响,是否对它们有毒副作用,测定对晚期红系祖细胞增殖是否有影响;此外,用小鼠做急性毒性实验来检验陶瓷涂层是否对机体具有急性毒性。结果激光熔覆获得的涂层对小鼠的大腿肌肉、骨髓细胞与外周血红细胞及成纤维细胞形态没有显著的影响,均无毒副作用,不影响晚期红系祖细胞增殖,也不会对小鼠产生急性毒性。结论激光熔覆钙磷涂层具有较好的体外生物相容性,是一种生物陶瓷涂层。
【Abstract】 Objective To check whether the ceramic coatings by laser cladding present in vitro good biocompatibility. Method A piece of the laser coating was implanted in mouse-leg muscles, and other pieces of the same coating were transferred to the culture media with medullary ancestor-cell, marrow cell and fibreblast cell, respectively. Acute toxicity experiment was carefully designed to confirm the impact of the laser coating on pathology of mouse. Result It showed no obvious morphological changes of the various cells in various culture media, these laser coatings have no in vitro toxicity for the mouse,and no important negative physiological effect. Conclusion The ceramic coating added by laser is testified in vitro to be a kind of good biocompatible ceramic.
