【摘要】 高等教育在20世纪90年代开始进行的合并、升格、扩招等改革,对教学质量提出了新的要求,高等学校如何应对新形势下教学质量的系列问题,是树立高等教育科学发展观,保持可持续发展的重要内容。教师教育教学质量的根本点,是追求人的全面发展,培养创新意识和创造能力,努力营造新的教师教育特色,加强综合素质培养。提高教学质量,关键是师资队伍建设,重点是加强教学监控,要设计好教学质量标准评估体系,建立新型教育质量监控体系,教育教学改革要体现对学生权利的尊重。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform on higher education in 1990’s,including merging and promoting of schools and expanding of recruiting,has set new requirements for the education quality.How to deal with the series of problems of education quality under the new circumstances has become an important content for higher educational institutions to establish scientific deveopmental concept in higher education and to maintain sustainable development.The foundation of education quality is for the teachers to pursue overall development of students,foster their new mentality and creative talent,endeavor to build new teaching characteristic and strengthen the training of comprehensive qualities.The key point of promoting education quality is the construction of the teaching staff,and the focus is to strengthen the supervision over the teaching process.It is essential to design complete evaluation system of education quality standard and new supervision system of education quality.More importantly the educational reform must embody respecting the students’ rights.更多还原
