【摘要】 2003年2月28日至4月15日于湛江东海岛进行了花尾胡椒鲷(Plectorhinchuscinctus)大规模生产性人工早繁育苗的研究。研究选取网箱养殖的成熟健壮亲鱼,强化培养一段时间后,采用LRH-A2,HCG进行人工催产,自然受精后放在30m3的育苗池中培养15d,再转移到室外高位池中培养。育苗获得平均体长40mm的鱼苗33.3万尾,育苗成活率为12.8%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The project of mass productive early artificial breeding of Plectorhinchus cinctus was carried out in Donghai Island,Zhanjiang,from Febrary 28 to April 15 in 2003.Healthy and mature parent fish were selected in the experiment.After a period of breeding with nutrititus feeds,by using LPH-A2 and HCG the fish were hastened parturition by artificial means,and then inseminated naturally.Later they were bred in breeding pond of 30 m3 for 15 days and then tranferred in pond in the open air.As a result,370 000 fry of fish with average body length of 40 mm were obtained,and the survival rate is 12.8%.更多还原
