【Abstract】 This paper introduces the basic process and analytical method for Cost-effectiveness analysis,sets up the CBS of Lcc and expenses model according to the characteristics of vessels.For the policymaker’s convenience,the author has worked out the calculation procedure of Lcc.This paper has done the preliminary discussion to the Cost-effectiveness analysis in selection of vessels.更多还原
