【Abstract】 This academic thesis presents the integrating application technique of "3S" and GSM by the Visual Basic 6.0. It includes the skill of measured oil spill area and quantity, receiving orientation, constantly dynamic shows of oil spill orientation, information inquiring, function of mutual warning between combined engine control centre and units for an emergency, etc. It gives directions to the work of an emergency of oil spill, and provides scientific basis for claiming indemnity as well.更多还原
