离子选择性电极测定海水中的Se
Determination of selenium in seawater using ion selective electrode
【摘要】 用自行研制的硒离子选择性电极,借助氢化物发生装置,将海水中的Se转化为H2Se,通过N2将其导入NaOH溶液中,以达到将Se与基体分离与富集的目的,通过对测定条件进行了选择与优化,实现了海水中Se的测定。电极的线性范围为4×10-7~2.7×10-4mol/L。本方法的检出限为6.4μg/L,测定结果的相对误差≤4.0%,变异系数≤7.6%。回收率在90%~106%。
【Abstract】 Using a self-made selenium ionselective electrode(ISE),a change from selenium in seawater to H2Se with the help of the issuing installatinon about the hydride,and lead it into NaOH solution using N2,and achieve the aim separating the selenium from the baseic(seawater) and richening it.Then the determination of the selenium in seawater is completed through the selection and excellenize about determining condition.The linear scope of the electrode are 4×10-7~2.7×10-4 mol/L.The detection limit is 3.2×10-7 mol/L.The method is used for the determination of selenium inseawater,the results opposite error is ≤4%,the coefficient of variation is ≤7.6%,the standard additional recoveries are in 90%~10%,and the satisfactory results are obtained.
