【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建技术在肩胛骨骨折中的应用价值。方法对35例肩胛骨骨折患者行MSCT薄层扫描,在计算机工作站进行三维重建,从不同角度观察骨折线走行、骨折移位、成角情况,依据三维图像进行骨折分型及模拟手术入路。结果MSCT三维重建图像所显示的骨折部位、移位、成角等情况与术中所见一致。结论MSCT三维重建图像对于肩胛骨骨折的诊断、分型以及手术入路的选择具有较高的应用价值,可作为术前肩胛骨骨折的重要检查方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CT three-dimensation reconstruction in diagnosis of scapular fracture.Methods Thirty-five patients of scapular fracture were examined with multislice CT.Reconstructions were performed at the computer workstation.The courser,displace and angulation of fractures were observed from different points of view,then the types of fracture were determined and operative approaches were simulated according to CT three-dimensation images.Results The courser,displace and angulation of fractures determined on CT three-dimensation images correlated well with the situation of operation.Conclusion CT three-dimensation is of application value in diagnosis,classification of scapular fracture as well as the selection of appreciate operative approach,and might be one of the most important preoperative examinations for scapular fractures.更多还原
